1. MALDIVES
Nationals of India do not need a visa for a maximum of 90 days.
2. SRI LANKA
Visa Issuance General : Passengers can obtain a visa upon arrival.
E-visa : Passengers with a Sri Lanka Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) obtained at https://eta.gov.lk can obtain a visa on arrival.
3. Seychelles
Visa Issuance General
Passengers can obtain a "Visitor's Permit" upon arrival for a maximum of 3 months. They must have:
- a return/onward ticket; and
- sufficient funds (minimum of USD 150.- or equivalent per day); and
- proof of accommodation for the duration of stay.
Extension of stay possible for additional 3 months with a maximum stay of 12 months.
4. Madagascar
Visa Issuance General: Passengers can obtain a visa upon arrival for a maximum of 90 days. They must have a return/onward ticket.
5. Cambodia
Visa Issuance General
Passengers can obtain a visa upon arrival for a maximum of 30 days. They must have:
- a passport with at least 1 unused visa page; and
- a return/onward ticket; and
- a hotel reservation confirmation; and
- proof of sufficient funds to cover their stay.
They can apply to extend their stay upon arrival.
6. Lao People's Democratic Republic (LAOS)
Visa issuance for Country Specific:
Nationals of India can obtain a visa upon arrival at Luang Prabang (LPQ), Pakse (PKZ) and Vientiane (VTE) for a maximum of 30 days. They must have:
- a hotel reservation confirmation; and
- all documents required for their next destination; and
- a passport photo; and
- a passport that contains at least 2 unused visa pages.
E-visa: Passengers can obtain an e-visa before departure at https://www.laoevisa.gov.la/. They must have a printed e-visa confirmation.
7. Indonesia
Visa Issuance for Nationals
Nationals of India can obtain a visa upon arrival for a maximum of 30 days. They can apply to extend their stay for an additional 30 days. They can apply for a visa upon arrival at Balikpapan (BPN), Banjarmasin (BDJ), Batam (BTH), Denpasar-Bali (DPS), Jakarta (CGK), Lombok (LOP), Medan Kuala Namu (KNO), Makassar (UPG), Manado (MDC), Padang (PDG), Palembang (PLM), Pekan Baru (PKU), Surabaya (SUB), Surakarta (Solo) (SOC), Tanjung Pinang (TNJ) and Yogyakarta (YIA).
8. Philippines
Exemptions for 3rd Country Visa
Nationals of India who travel as tourists for a maximum of 30 days can enter with a visa issued by Australia, Canada, Japan, Singapore, USA, United Kingdom or a Schengen Member State. They must have a passport valid for at least 6 months longer than the duration of stay
9. Georgia
Exemptions for 3rd Country Visa
Passengers can enter for a maximum of 90 days in a period of 180 days with a visa issued by an EEA Member State, Australia, Bahrain, Bermuda, Canada, Cayman Isl., Falkland Isl. (Malvinas), Gibraltar, Israel, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Kuwait, New Zealand, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, Turks and Caicos Isl., USA, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom or Virgin Isl. (British). The visa must not be an e-visa.
10. Ethiopia
Visa Issuance for Normal Passport
Nationals of India with a normal passport traveling as tourists can obtain a visa upon arrival at Addis Ababa (ADD) for a maximum of 3 months. They must have a passport valid for a minimum of 6 months upon arrival, a proof of accommodation and a return/onward ticket.
E-visa: Passengers can obtain an e-visa before departure at https://www.evisa.gov.et/. They must have a printed visa approval letter.
11. Tanzania
Visa Issuance for Normal Passport: Nationals of India with a normal passport can obtain a visa upon arrival.
12. Angola
Exemptions for Normal Passport:
Nationals of India for a maximum stay of 30 days. They must:
- have a normal passport valid for a minimum of 6 months from the arrival date; and
- travel as tourist; and
- have a return/onward ticket.
They are allowed to enter Angola 3 times and stay a total of 30 days per calendar year.
13. Namibia
Visa Issuance for Nationals: Nationals of India can obtain a visa upon arrival at Windhoek (WDH) or at Walvis Bay (WVB) for a maximum stay of 90 days. They can apply to extend their stay. They can also apply for the visa in advance at https://eservices.mhaiss.gov.na/visaonarrival .
E-visa: Passengers can obtain an e-visa before departure at https://eservices.mhaiss.gov.na/ . They must have an e-visa confirmation.
14. Mongolia
Visa Issuance for Nationals
Nationals of India can obtain a visa upon arrival for a maximum of 30 days at Ulaanbaatar (ULN) if they travel as tourists. They must have:
- a completed visa application form, and
- a passport photo (3.5 x 4.5 cm), and
- a hotel/accommodation confirmation, and
- a return/onward ticket.
E-visa: Passengers can obtain an e-visa before departure at https://evisa.mn/en.
15. Kazakhstan
Exemptions for Normal Passport
Nationals of India with a normal passport do not need a visa for a maximum of 14 days. They can stay for a maximum of 42 days in a period of 180 day.
16. Kyrgyzstan
Exemptions for 3rd Country Visa
Nationals of India with a normal passport can enter with a visa issued by the United Kingdom, USA or a Schengen Member State for a maximum of 7 days. The visa must have been issued for at least 3 years.
E-visa: Passengers can obtain an e-visa before departure at https://evisa.e-gov.kg/.
17. Uzbekistan
Exemptions for Nationals: Nationals of India do not need a visa for a maximum of 5 days. They must have an onward ticket to a third country.
18. Armenia
Visa Issuance for 3rd Country Visas: Passengers with a normal passport and a visa issued by Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russian Fed., Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, USA or United Kingdom can obtain a visa upon arrival for a maximum of 120 days.
E-visa: Passengers can obtain an e-visa before departure at https://evisa.mfa.am/
19. Moldova
Exemptions for 3rd Country Visa: Nationals of India with a normal passport can enter with a visa issued by Canada, Switzerland, USA, United Kingdom or an EEA Member State valid for the duration of stay. They can stay for a maximum of 90 days in a period of 180 days.
E-visa: Passengers can obtain an e-visa before departure at https://www.evisa.gov.md/VisaFile/Inregistrare. They must have a printed e-visa confirmation. The validity of the e-visa can be checked at https://evisa.gov.md/check-my-visa/.
20. Senegal
Exemptions for Nationals: Nationals of India do not need a visa for a maximum of 3 months. They can apply to extend their stay upon arrival.
21. Timor-Leste
Visa Issuance General: Passengers can obtain a visa upon arrival for a maximum of 30 days if their passport contains at least 1 unused visa page. Fees are payable in cash and in USD only.
Funds: Visitors must have proof of sufficient funds to cover their stay (USD 100.- per entry and USD 50.- per day).

3. Kenya
Exemptions for Electronic Authorization: Passengers do not need a visa if they have a Kenya Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) obtained at https://www.etakenya.go.ke/en.
4. Mozambique
E-visa: Passengers can obtain an e-visa before departure at https://www.evisa.gov.mz/. They must have a printed e-visa confirmation.
5. Tajikistan
E-visa: Passengers can obtain an e-visa before departure at https://www.evisa.tj. They must have a printed e-visa confirmation.
6. Taiwan, China
E-visa: Passengers can obtain an e-visa before departure at https://visawebapp.boca.gov.tw/BOCA_EVISA/. They must have a printed e-visa confirmation.
Forms: Passengers must submit the Online Arrival Card at most 3 days before arrival via https://twac.immigration.gov.tw/.
7. Malawi
E-visa: Passengers can obtain an e-visa before departure at https://www.evisa.gov.mw/.
8. Hong Kong, China
E-visa
Passengers can obtain an e-visa before departure at https://www.immd.gov.hk/eng/online-services/index.html#evisa . The e-visa can be verified on the website https://www.gov.hk/en/residents/immigration/nonpermanent/evisaenquiry.htm .
Exemptions for Normal Passport
Nationals of India with a normal passport and a printed pre-arrival registration (PAR) notification slip do not need a visa for a maximum of 14 days. The information on the PAR notification slip must match the details of the passport used for travel. Pre-arrival registration is not required if successfully enrolled for e-Channel service to frequent visitors. The validity of the PAR and the enrolment for e-Channel service to frequent visitors can be checked via https://www.gov.hk/en/apps/immdes2indianparsenq.htm or the Hong Kong ImmD Mobile App.
9. Republic of Korea
Exemptions for 3rd Country Visa
Passengers can enter with an entry visa issued by Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, USA or United Kingdom. They must:
- arrive from a country mentioned above and have a confirmed flight ticket to a third country within 30 days; or
- arrive from a third country and have a flight ticket within 30 days to a country mentioned above.
The entry visa must be a visa sticker on the passport, except for Australian and UK visas. If passengers transit on their way to Korea (Rep.) or to the country that issued the visa, the maximum stay in the transit country is 3 days.
E-visa: Passengers can obtain an e-visa before departure at https://www.visa.go.kr/ . They must have a printed "Visa Grant Notice".
Forms
Passengers who have been in one of the following countries in the past 21 days must complete a Q-CODE form at https://qcode.kdca.go.kr/qco/index.do?lang=en. It is strongly advised to complete the form before departure to ensure a smooth process at immigration:
Bahrain, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Congo (Dem. Rep.), Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Madagascar, Mexico, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam (Southeast or Mekong Delta region only) or Yemen.
Passengers with a visa issued by Korea (Rep.) must complete an arrival card. They can complete and submit it at most 3 days before departure at https://www.e-arrivalcard.go.kr/portal/main/index.do, or complete the paper form upon arrival.
10. Australia
E-visa: Passengers can obtain an e-visas before departure at https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/
Visa Validity
Valid visas in expired passports are accepted if the passenger also has a new passport. Change in passport details can be updated at https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/change-in-situation/passport-details.
11. Vietnam
E-visa: Passengers can obtain an e-visa at https://evisa.gov.vn/ . The information on the e-visa must match exactly the name of the passenger in the passport and passport number.
