Travel Document Validity: Travel documents must be valid for at least 3 months longer than the duration of stay.

Exemptions for 3rd Country Visa: Passengers can enter with a "C" or "D" visa issued by another Schengen Member State for a maximum of 90 days in a period of 180 days.

Return/Onward Ticket Information: Visitors without a return/onward ticket could be refused entry.

Albania

Capital: Tirana

Travel Document Validity: Travel documents must be valid for at least 3 months longer than the duration of stay.

Visa Requirements: Passengers must have a valid visa issued by Albania. 

Exemptions for 3rd Country Visa: Passengers can enter with a multiple entry C visa issued by a Schengen Member State, if they used the visa to enter the Schengen Area at least once for a maximum of 90 days.

Passengers can enter with a multiple entry D visa issued by a Schengen Member State, if they have used the visa to enter the Schengen Area at least once for a maximum of 90 days in a period of 180 days.

Passengers can enter with a multiple entry visa issued by the USA, if they have already used the visa to enter the country of issue at least once for a maximum of 90 days.

E-visa: Passengers can obtain an e-visa before departure at https://e-visa.al/. They must have a printed e-visa confirmation which can be verified by the SQsign App by scanning its QR code or at https://e-visa.al/verify.

Return/Onward Ticket Information: Visitors without a return/onward ticket could be refused entry.

Montenegro

Travel Document Validity: Travel documents must be valid for at least 3 months longer than the duration of stay.

Visa Requirements: Passengers must have a valid visa issued by Montenegro. 

Exemptions for 3rd Country Visa: Passengers can enter with a visa issued by Australia, Canada, Ireland (Rep.), Japan, New Zealand, USA, United Kingdom or a Schengen Member State for a maximum of 30 days.

The visa must be valid for the period of stay.

Return/Onward Ticket Information: Visitors without a return/onward ticket could be refused entry.

Kosovo

Capital: Pristina

Travel Document Validity: Travel documents must be valid for the duration of stay. 

Visa Requirements: Passengers must have a valid visa issued by Kosovo (Rep.). 

Exemptions for 3rd Country Visa: Passengers can enter with a multiple entry Schengen visa valid for the duration of stay. They can stay for a maximum of 15 days. 

Return/Onward Ticket Information: Visitors without a return/onward ticket could be refused entry.

North Macedonia

Capital: Skopje

Travel Document Validity: Travel documents must be valid for at least 90 days upon arrival. 

Visa Requirements: Passengers must have a valid visa issued by North Macedonia (Rep.). 

Exemptions for 3rd Country Visa: Passengers can enter with a multiple-entry "C" visa issued by a Schengen Member State valid for at least 5 days longer than the duration of stay. They can stay for a maximum of 90 days in a period of 6 months, with a maximum stay of 15 days per visit.

Passengers can enter with a multiple-entry visa issued by Canada, USA or United Kingdom, physically placed in the passport, valid for at least 5 days longer than the duration of stay. They can stay for a maximum of 90 days in a period of 6 months, with a maximum stay of 15 days per visit. 

Return/Onward Ticket Information: Visitors without a return/onward ticket could be refused entry.

Accommodation: Visitors must have confirmation of booked accommodation.

Romania

Capital: Bucharest

Travel Document Validity: Travel documents must be valid for at least 3 months longer than the duration of stay.  

Visa Requirements: Passengers must have a valid visa issued by Romania. 

Exemptions for 3rd Country Visa: Passengers can enter with a "C" or "D" visa issued by a Schengen Member State for a maximum of 90 days in a period of 180 days.

Moldova

Capital: Chișinău

Travel Document Validity: Travel documents must be valid for at least 3 months longer than the duration of stay.  

Visa Requirements: Passengers must have a valid visa issued by Moldova (Rep.). 

Exemptions for 3rd Country Visa: Nationals of India with a normal passport can enter with a visa issued by Canada, Switzerland, USA, United Kingdom or an EEA Member State valid for the duration of stay. They can stay for a maximum of 90 days in a period of 180 days. 

E-visa: Passengers can obtain an e-visa before departure at https://www.evisa.gov.md/VisaFile/Inregistrare. They must have a printed e-visa confirmation. The validity of the e-visa can be checked at https://evisa.gov.md/check-my-visa/.

Return/Onward Ticket Information: Visitors without a return/onward ticket could be refused entry.
